French translation is up there!

Yet another extra mile we walked to make Getsocio even more flexible. Just go to Languages tab under Settings and have your entire site translated into French with a few clicks. And with entire website we really mean the "entire website" - all buttons on the deal page header and side bar, built-in pages, subscription forms and even the emails sent out by your site to its users and subscribers. Of course, you'd want some customization to give a special feel to your site, simply go to Messages page of Admin section and edit all wording you want to change.

More viral social power to your deals - we have integrated Google Plus!

Yeah, another robust way to spread the word about your daily-deal site. Visitors can +1 your deals using their Google accounts exactly the same way like they re-Tweet or Send them to Facebook. No settings from your part just toggle it on the Google block of Settings page of Admin section and that's it. A new button will appear in "Share this deal" box on top of each deal active or recent.

Google Maps have been integrated into the platform for a while and it kinda needed a retouch. Previously, to put Google Maps to work you had to take several steps: you needed to set up an account with Google, generate the API key for your site and then go to Settings and paste it. Not that it took much efforts, but now you don't need to bother at all - Google Maps are ready to use right after you have created your site.

Getsocio has cheering news for those who have several locations at a website! Locations functionality has been modified recently with new parameters: latitude and longitude. Those 2 characteristics are not mandatory fields, but you should try them out, as they bring an amazing feature – Geotargeting.
