Additional services

There are several additional services that we offer at an extra cost. They are:

• Newsletters delivery – for massive deals mailing we include a fee based on a pricing plan.

• Dedicated server – $200 monthly fee for the powerful server specially for your website.

Commission based on website sales

Commission is applied to each order created by customers on your site. This transaction fee is taken from the order total cost and only charged when you got paid by your customers.

For the deals priced less than $1, including free deals, the transaction fee is calculated as if the deal was $1 worth. This means, if you run a 0-cost purely promotional deal, each purchase will cost you 1-5% from $1 (depending on your pricing plan), that is $0.01 - $0.05.

Payment

We accept credit/debit card payments of Visa and MasterCard type. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Our fees cover only Getsocio services. All extra charges applied by the payment processor that you use on your site (for example, PayPal, Authorize.net, etc.) or any other third-party service, should be paid by you additionally.

Plan management

You may cancel your account or move to a higher plan at any time. If you decide to downgrade your plan, the changes you make on the Billing page will be applied after current subscription expires.
