The first urge for many people when stuck is to ask for help. And we are always ready to help and our support team answers lots of questions every day, though it may take a few hours for your question to get answered.

But certain people cannot just wait. When stuck they start trying harder, explore various options, look for the answer themselves, and quite often they come to their "Aha!" moment only a few minutes later.

So if you get stuck – don't panic! Take a look around and most probably you will find a few hints, and after some trial and error you will get what you want. Sure you can ask a question and get help, but it feels much better when you figure it out yourself.
